Bro, tale of my like lol, Ive basically been doing the same thing except i started at 13 and im now 15, but i got banned like 6 months ago because in that one week I was making $ 400+ per day because of a new product I had just started selling and I was flagged for (suspicous activity) they must have thought I was avoiding tax or something, anyways im currently limited and Paypal holds around 500 buks of mine and I get it back next month ( part of their policy cbf to clarify) anyways I questioned my mom about using her account or her making me one but she said no because she never liked the business anyways (stupid parents) and well Ive been trying to get a job and stuff but i cant get hired by anyone so I really want to get back to my business but by the looks of it its not gana happen. Anyways the answer to ur question is no, u have to wait to be verified, ebay does not in any conditions deal with unverified accounts because that would just make it too simple for scammers.

I recommend Learn, since they apparently approve students for credit cards without jobs. They will question for proof of enrollment.
