Tier 4 (General) UK Visa?

The question

Please help me. i will get my CAS Latter from my collage on the 4th of January 2012.
But before i apply for a Tier 4 (General) student visa i will also need a Bank stetment

i now have 4000GBP in my bank account and it will complete the 28 days on the first of January 2012.
i will be studying and living out innner London, in Hove. is that money amount is excellent?!

Please help me i don’t want to get refused. thanks.

If you study in outer London or anywhere else in the UK you must show that you have sufficient funds to cover the costs of studies as stated on the CAS plus sufficient funds to cover the costs of living (£600 per month of stay). You must show funds for nine months (£5400) if you plot to study for the entire year.
